Rubber joint is a kind of flexible joint used to connect hardware pipes. The product has the characteristics of impact resistance, noise reduction and displacement resistance. The sealing principle of rubber joint should start from the product structure!
The rubber joint is composed of inner rubber layer, nylon cord fabric, outer rubber layer, rubber ball and loose metal flange. Through the introduction of foreign advanced production technology, the inner layer is in a high-pressure state, so that the nylon cord fabric and rubber layer are better combined than ordinary flexible rubber joints, with higher working pressure and better quality. It is characterized by the mixing of inner rubber layer, smooth and seamless marking, label vulcanization and combination with products.
The main materials of the inner rubber of the rubber joint are natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber, or natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and CIS polybutadiene rubber; Rubber and plastic mixtures can also be used, and an appropriate amount of recycled rubber can be used. Vulcanization systems usually use sulfur and accelerators in traditional vulcanization systems. The amount of sulfur is 1.5-2.5, and thiazole and sulfenamide are better for the accelerator. Reinforcement and filling system: high wear-resistant carbon black, semi reinforced carbon black mixed with general carbon black, usually with better comprehensive performance. Softener: oil softener, such as heavy oil, loose tar and solid softener, such as asphalt and petroleum tree. It works better when fat is used together.
Rubber joints mainly use the unique properties of rubber, such as high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and radiation resistance. Polyester cord with high strength and strong thermal and cold stability is crosslinked with rubber through high-pressure and high-temperature molding and pressing. It has high internal density, high pressure and excellent elastic deformation effect. The product structure design has the functions of high-end arc, long curve and large displacement. It is especially suitable for places with complex geological conditions, large settlement range and frequent cold and heat changes, resulting in pipeline damage. The physical displacement of the pump effectively eliminates the valve and pipeline by using the heat transfer and escape function of elastic sliding displacement and deformation mechanical force of rubber. As rubber is a poor conductive material, it is also an ideal environmental protection product to reduce the transmission of vibration and noise. The inner wall of the product is smooth. After the actual test, it has no effect on the speed and flow rate of the medium, will never rust, and can basically avoid the maintenance in a lifetime.
